Golfing is a one-sided sport…

Golf. I have been working on several golfers lately.  I have found that golf is a one sided sport; thus,  golfers seem to develop certain muscles differently.  Which puts an emphasis on flexibility and bodywork to make sure there are no imbalances in flexibility and healing is in balance. Since Tiger came along, now most golfers are training harder and harder to keep up. This is  creating more and more damage to their bodies.  So if your drives are not long enough or your accuracy is off make sure your muscles are giving you their all and not hindering your swing/flexibility. True power comes from strength and flexibility. Make sure you have both.
